Press the Windows Key + R and type in devmgmt.msc and press Enter. Expand Mice and other pointing devices, right-click on the Synaptics entry and click on Update drivers. If the message you receive states that you already have the latest drivers installed, right-click. Scroll down and expand Mice and other pointing devices Synaptics Touchpad. Right-click on Synaptics Touchpad and select Properties. Select the Driver tab. Confirm the Synaptics driver is 19.5.35.41 (or later).
